전시개요
영월군의 주요 거리를 오픈 갤러리로 변모시키는 공공미술의 개념을 도입한 동강국제사진제의 특화된 전시다. <영월별곡>이라는 주제로 진행되는 전시는 거리 설치 형식으로 진행된다. 전시된 작품들은 영월의 미학을 보여주는 결과이지만 동시에 설치된 작품 그 자체는 새로운 영월의 미학을 창조하는 재료가 된다.

Exhibition Overview.
Site-specific by design, the Street Installation Exhibition turns the streets of Yeongwol into a huge outdoors public art gallery. Titled Yeongwol Byulgok, which roughly translates to Yeongwol Verse, this exhibition will showcase the works that reflect the aesthetics of Yeongwol and the resulting aesthetics of the displayed works will contribute back to form Yeongwol’s new aesthetics.
